We are located just 2 miles from downtown Palestine and 3 miles to the Texas State Railroad yet in a country setting behind a security gate with your private code. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

LincolnPark is a spacious log cabin sitting on 12 acres, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway to enjoy nature, wildlife, and star lit skies. Our cabin has an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 2 full/2 half-baths and enough space for gaming and lounging with friends, family, and groups. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts. Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil A-Frame cabin in the woods, with great outdoor space and over half mile walking trail with scavenger hunt. Perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Some Items available: WiFi, Outdoor fire pit, corn hole, horseshoes, ring toss, and gathering area; Alarm Clock / Radio, Games, TV, DVDs, books, charcoal grill, full kitchen with toaster, microwave, kpod coffee maker, electric fireplace, and full size refrigerator.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Escape to this waterfront Cozy Cabin. The open floor plan features a main floor with a plush king bed, full bathroom with claw foot tub, Kitchen for all your cooking needs with pots, pans and dishes. A comfy leather couch for lounging. A loft above with twin beds offers extra sleeping for kids or guests. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful pond views while soaking in your private hot tub under the stars, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, or grill dinner on the charcoal bbq.

Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful cottage. Enjoy the well appointed, mostly secluded, home amid the trees. Visit in surrounding areas for antiquing, festivals, fishing, drive through safari and holiday activities. Miniature donkeys can be heard braying. 1 to 2 Small to medium size dogs welcome. Comfortable for 5 persons although 6 persons can fit. No fencing on property and the Kayak is just for decoration. Insurance stays welcome
