Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy this lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat. Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, cable TV and PVR, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The backyard boasts a gazebo with sofa sectional and the front has a two-tiered deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this lakeview cottage, just a few steps away from iconic pier. This house has 2BR. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed with cozy bedding. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding. Full bathroom with double stall shower. Fully equipped kitchen and open living space! Long weekends are 3 night minimum. July & August are 4 night minimum.
