Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

This space is a Large Studio Apartment in the Bonus Room above the Garage of a large log home overlooking Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Guests have shared access to the hot tub, deck, fire pit barbecue area and limited access to host's laundry facilities. You'll have sole access to the bonus room, deck & grill and full private bath. Space is comfy and charming, accessible from a private staircase or spiral into the main house's entrance hall.

A 2 bedroom apartment attached to our home, close to Stratton, Bromley, Magic, Okemo & Mt Snow Skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis, outlet shopping and fine dining all close by. Manchester a short drive. Hot tub available from 8am-8pm. Level 2 EV charger available for a $10 cash fee (and give us advance notice if possible so we can open the garage for you).

The "Rustic" cottage is furnished with a queen bed, sofa and dining table. There is a small deck with patio furniture, fire ring with wood supplied, and a gas barbecue. It can accommodate 2 people comfortably. Private with parking. Host in separate house. Wi Fi from Xfinity, but please note that it can be patchy. Roku TV WI FI connected to router.
