We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Extremely quiet neighborhood - wonderful place for a stroll with a view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. We do allow dogs, but you must contact us first to discuss. No cats as we have an allergic family member. We do not allow commercial filming (movies,etc) at our property. Chatham County License No. OTC - 022918
