Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Elms is located in Sampford Brett - a quintessential English village between Exmoor National Park, the Quantock Hills & Somerset's coast. This large mobile home with a huge conservatory attached, recently refurbished & fully equipped to a high standard. Situated on our farm next to our small riding school, Red Park Equestrian Centre. The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite toilet & wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet & washbasin. The large lounge has a cosy Woodburner, smart tv & king size sofa bed. The kitchen has all you would expect.
