This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our place boasts a great location in downtown -5 blocks to Church St- restaurants, events, shopping and waterfront park, with the added benefit of a driveway for your car. Cozy and well appointed, our bright little apartment is a great respite from all that Burlington has to offer. Our street is a quiet, residential area adjacent in the downtown core. We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Interstate 89, University of Vermont, the UVMMC Hospital and downtown Burlington. Approximately a 30 minute drive to many of Vermont’s attractions such as skiing (45 minutes to Stowe), wine tasting, apple orchards, Lake Champlain and Maple Sugar sites.
