The Noddle is a lovely, eco-friendly home on the peaceful, stunning island of Hoy, overlooking Scapa Flow. The house is full of natural light and heated by a Wood Burner + Air Source Heating. The garden leads to it's own Beach, perfect for paddle-boarding, beach- combing and swimming. The land includes a woodland area, wild flowers and river frontage all within 6 acres.
