Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles.

Our Garden Home is a large, private 2-bedroom daylight basement with beautiful views of Mt. Hood. The exterior has its own very private garden area with lush vegetation and lots of shade, a covered patio to relax and stay cool, and a BBQ for those summer dinners outside . The 1,400sq ft space is flooded with light from the many windows on the east, south and west sides, and always stays very fresh and comfortable all year round, it is one of the nicest daylight basements to be found :)

And who wants to cook on vacation anyway? There are places nearby that charge for "nature bathing" and "cold plunges." Here, you can walk in our woods and dip in the creek for free.
