Located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley, our little organic hobby farm nestled beneath old evergreens offers convenient respite. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese (they love apples!) or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens, two roosters and our most recent additions: two brother goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood."

The Bit & Bridle Cabin bids you welcome!

The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

This beautiful cottage is located in the heart of Coupeville. Beautifully landscaped and on the waterfront. Just walking distance from downtown restaurants, shops, festivals, art schools, county buildings and WhidbeyHealth Hospital Campus. This private cottage features a full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed, loft with queen bed, south-facing sun deck, off street parking and free wifi. Beautifully landscaped, fall asleep to the sounds of our stream just outside your window!

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Cozy Coop Tiny House

A 136 sq. ft. tiny house (cabin) on 6 acres along with the main house 1000 ft. to the north. Very private. Very yesteryear. You may encounter a spot of dust on a rough cut post or notice the patina (chipped paint) on one of the 100 year old windows, (it's a cabin) however all food and personal hygiene areas are professionally cleaned. About the ladder to the loft, I'm 6'4", and pushing 70, I have no problem, if you have physical limitations, it may be something to think about.

This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Sit out on your tiny deck with a view or relax inside and enjoy sunset views thru the trees. We have seals in the 5 mile long harbor, and a very occasional visit from a whale. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.

The Milking Barn Tiny House

The Milking Barn is a tiny house on a farm in Langley near Freeland on Whidbey Island. This historic building was once used to store the day's milk production. The building has been carefully restored to make it a cozy tiny house. We are just 15 minutes from the ferry in Clinton. It's just 5 minutes to Double Bluff Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Langley. Cute Little Cabin near Longpoint Beach

Our Little Cabin is a bright comfortable space with a 1/2 bath, including a sink and toilet. You will have access to a private full bath with roomy shower and laundry facilities accessible through our garage any time. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. There is a large window facing the garden with a view of the water through the trees. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.
