For decades, ELF House has been a musical sanctuary by the edge of Race Lagoon - we welcome you to this magical home of good vibes. Looking out to the east, Mt. Baker and the Cascades are visible on clear days, and there's an endless fiesta of bird activity on the protected lagoon. Sunrises dazzle, as does the occasional east-facing sunset. Kayaks, sauna, deck, fully equipped kitchen, a loft and two firestoves on three levels. We enthusiastically welcome people of all backgrounds in our home.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Greetings! We are thrilled to introduce our Seashore house located on Whidbey Island. It is a serene haven boasting four private bedrooms and breathtaking views of the beach and mountains. Once you step inside, you'll feel the stress melt away. Take a seat on the expansive deck, observe the majestic bald eagles and herons soaring over Skagit Bay, and admire the stunning sunset hues.
