This eclectic cabin was built from the ground up in 2024 with the sole intention of welcoming guests like you to its woodsy embrace. We set out to create a peaceful stay with room for the whole family to relax after a long day of exploring, hiking, and adventuring in NH.

Enjoy year-round outdoor & indoor activities and access to the Waterville Estates Recreational Center with one guest pass included. A one-time $150 pet fee applies for our furry friends. Relax and unwind in this beautiful mountain retreat!

Soaring stone fireplace makes for a warm, fully-appointed ski lodge in the winter months. 5 minutes from Cannon and 20 minutes from both Loon and Bretton Woods. Miles of National Forest trails out the back door.

Escape to our secluded cottage, where tranquillity meets adventure, & have access to towns in 10 min. Enjoy mountain views, private hiking/snowshoeing trails & the Pemi River. Welch Mountain Chalet

Small suite located on 1st floor of Welch Mountain Chalet. It is nestled at the foot of Welch Mountain with the popular Welch Dickey trail nearby. You have the option of booking one or two bedrooms. Bedroom one with queen bed ($150) and bedroom two with full bed can be added for $25/person. Pet friendly (one dog limit and $20 fee charged). Two night stay required during leaf season.

This 3 bedroom property sits on a wooded lot beside a brook in the White Mountain National Forest and is only minutes from downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and snowmobile trails. Also nearby are hiking and biking trails, swimming as well as many other outdoor activities. 25 minutes from Loon Mountain and 10 minutes from Waterville valley. Bikers are welcome.
