A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.
