This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.

The Mill House, built in 1890, sits in downtown Chagrin Falls, a former mill town with a history of 9 mills powered by the Chagrin River. Settlers in the mills' early days lived in the village's old homes, inspiring the name "Mill House." Nearby, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery, pharmacy, the famous popcorn shop, waterfalls, and the historic Chagrin Falls Hardware. We only accept guests that have reviews.

This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. This apartment is located close to the Southern Park Mall, Sunny’s Foot spa, and many other businesses along 224 in Boardman. It is also located very close to Mill Creek Park’s walking, and biking trails. It’s in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood. An air purifier is also in the apartment to keep the air extra clean and healthy inside for all guests.
