Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.
