Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.
