Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Garage has a 240V 50A circuit with 14-50 plug. Bring your own EV charger or use the included Tesla level 2 charger. The charger provides 240V 32A for a rate of 27mi/hr on a Tesla Y.

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

(Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
