In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. Step inside the characterful interior and you'll find high end materials, including a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds (bunkbed) for kids, as well as a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Surrounding the house is a beautiful lake, making it a great spot for those who want to get away from it all and spend some quality time together. The house accommodates up to four adults comfortably.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Dit zal dus voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgen, vooral doordeweeks en overdag. Zeer ruime, rustige woning. Natuurlijk gelegen en toch dichtbij verschillende voorzieningen. De woning is opgesplitst in 2 volledig private delen: 1 deel vakantiewoning en 1 deel privéwoning.
