It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment is situated in the peaceful village of Salatić, near the town of Krk. It is ideal for a family vacation. The guests can enjoy themselves on the terrace and in the garden, as well as use the grill. They have their own parking spot. In addition to that, the guests can use the WIFI and have air conditioning in the apartment. The apartment also has mosquito nets.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
