It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. It stretches over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom; on the 1st floor there is a double room with a balcony and a sea view and a single room; on the 2nd floor there is a double room with a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped - a washing machine, dishwasher, free WiFi, Sat-Tv and a private parking place for one car are available.
