Ιδιωτικό parking εκτός δρόμου. Κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει τη δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσει ένα τρίτο μέλος της οικογένειας που θα συνεννοηθεί με τον οικοδεσπότη.
