Near the apartments there is the most beautiful beach of Rijeka Ploče and Kantrida, tennis court of Marčeljeva draga, football stadium Kantrida, sports center Centar-Zamet. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (2 min by car) and shopping mall ZTC (6-7 min by car).

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.
