Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen and a pullout couch for additional guests. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Holmwood Farm is a very green and beautiful property with great views and lots of hiking trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and a few cows which are rotationally grazed for regenerative agriculture. You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pasture lamb, beef and chicken in season.

The private self-check-in lets you come and go easily, at any time, with a separate entrance for full privacy in a separate suite off the main house. We’re nearby if you need anything but give you the space to fully relax.

Riverside Retreat

Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront one bedroom suite. This is a daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!

Welcome to our sweet little suite in Rayleigh. Please be our guest and enjoy a cozy bed, wifi, and streaming tv. A kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee bar, microwave, kettle, and toaster. (Coming in November, a larger kitchenette and laundry) We live in a wonderful neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk to a convenience store, restaurant, liquor store, skate/bike park, pickle ball/tennis court, and dog walking trail. We are 15 mins to downtown Kamloops and 30 mins to Sunpeaks.

Located between Salmon Arm and Enderby our modern yet cozy Post and Beam Suite is the perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature you can relax and recharge. Enjoy the outdoors with lots of things to do in the area and visit our farm animals. Our 600 sf open concept furnished studio has large panorama windows, and a well equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals. We also offer complementary coffee and tea. It is great for families, solo travellers and couples.

This "Sweet-Suite" is fully self-contained with a Mini-kitchenette, Large Bedroom, and Bright Bathroom. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)
