Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

A few minutes walk from ferry to commuting islands, and bus station, makes it a perfect base for your exploring of the city and its beautiful surrounding.
