Lovely, private guest house in the middle of an avocado orchard with swimming pool & hot tub & spectacular views of the Channel Islands. Sunsets are unbelievable! Feels like you're in the Tuscan hills of Italy with an ocean view in the distance. Tranquil & secluded yet only 10 minutes from Camarillo Airport & the Camarillo Outlet stores, 20 minutes to beaches, 30 minutes to Malibu, 45 minutes to Santa Barbara, 1 hour North of Los Angeles. Cal State University Channel Islands is 15 minutes away.

One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

Guests will have the whole place to themselves, including a private entrance and no shared spaces. The entire place includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. This property is attached to a condo which is not occupied by the Host. You have your own entrance.

Our place is close to Malibu, Camarillo Outlets, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, Hiking, Ventura, Parks, 25mins from various Beaches, Halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, 40mins or so to Los Angeles/Hollywood and 1hr drive to Santa Barbara. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

Visit the Channel Islands National Park. Located in residential midtown Ventura it's a bit over 2 miles to vibrant Downtown Ventura and a short drive to Ojai and Santa Barbara.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.

Ojai Creek House - private canyon 2 miles to town

Your own oasis in the midst of 400 acres ON the San Antonio Creek, surrounded by hills and nature. Enjoy a private entrance to your comfortable quarters loaded w/all amenities and private patio overlooking one of Ojai's most beautiful views. And it's all just 5 minutes from downtown! Home to many birds and animals; red-legged frogs may lull you to sleep. Come relax & decompress!

Sweet One downtown Ojai

Sweet 1 is in the heart of downtown Ojai~ walking distance to restaurants, hiking trails, breweries, shopping, spas + more. It is a free standing casita on a property with other structures but Sweet 1 is separate and private once you enter through the wooden gate. Our guest love the private patio & unique bathroom! No kitchen, just micro, refrig, coffee, etc
