Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Altanen mot fårhagen har trädgårdsmöbler och spa bad. Vedspis i köket.Bastu finns.

Koppla av med i detta fridfulla unika boende vid sjön, endast 15 meter från privat strand och brygga. Tillgång till kanot och eka, bra fiskevatten! Tomten är mycket privat hela 5300kvm att nyttja. Solen är ut över sjön hela dagen och hela kvällen. Det finns en stor inhägnad där exempelvis hundar kan springa fritt. 10 minuter från Borås stad 50 minuter från Ullared 20 minuter från Djurpark
