It features an open-plan kitchen with a sofa-bed for two, a WC and shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sunny terrace. From the terrace, there is a partial sea view. Vanhalla ruukkialueella sijaitseva historiallinen 1800- luvun kivitalo, jossa on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelmansa. Asunto sijaitsee kivitalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Huoneisto on talomme yhteydessä erillisellä sisäänkäynnillä. Huoneessa on keittonurkkaus ja oma kylpyhuone. Neliöitä asunnossa on 18,5. Sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä on terassi ja puutarhakalusteet. Keittiö on varustettu perusruokailuvälineillä: kahvinkeitin, mikro, 2 keittolevyä, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, tavanomaiset ruokailuvälineet, kattilat, lautaset ja paistinpannu.

Teijo Nationalpark is open for everyone who likes to hiking or just walking around lakes - there is three lakes in neighbourhod. The distance to the nationalparks rutes is about 2 km. There is also a iron works village near by if you want to go around and enjoy own beer and bread from the local brewery and bakery.
