Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. Vår amerikanske nære historie er også unik, stor American Festival som finner sted "Last weekend in June" hvert år

Da er senga ferdig oppredd før ankomst og det medfølger ett stort og ett mindre håndkle.

Large windows facing the view make the feeling of sitting outside when you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the good chair. A short walk (200m) down to the harbor with a private boat berth and its own boathouse for storing equipment and freezing fish.
