The property is located in the Porth Y Felin area, near to harbour, promenade and marina. There is a local post office/corner shop a 5 minute walk from the property and many delicious restaurants/takeaways serving a variety of food. A local pub is a 5 minute walk and the local town centre is also only a few minutes walk. There is a cinema with children's play centre a few streets away. Please help yourselves to the postcards we have left out. Please can guests strip the beds on their last day.

It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
