Sie ist bestens geeignet, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt, in ruhiger Umgebung zu entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt. Zusätzliche Gäste und der Empfang von Besuch sind nicht erlaubt. Die hintere Gartenanlage ist nicht zu benutzen.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Haus (Bauhausstil) in zweiter Reihe in einem von ehrwürdigen Bäumen umstandenen Grundstück. Dies in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahnen (Linie 3, 8, 10 und 11 usw.), Haltestellen ca. 8-10 Minuten entfernt, zum erreichen.
