Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Haus liegt über St. Lorenzen im Lesachtal, einem Bergsteigerdorf inmitten der Karnischen Alpen und Lienzer Dolomiten. Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Casa mini nel golf mini sulla collinetta.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Grande appartamento al secondo piano di villa a 1500 m.di altitudine con vista spettacolare sulle dolomiti, adatto a gruppi numerosi , fino a 11 persone.Per gruppi fino a 7 persone offro 2 stanze con servizi biancheria inclusa ,cucina con zona pranzo completa di stoviglie,bagno con doccia ,balcone panoramico ,lavanderia, posto auto e wifi. La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

About 10 minutes by car from Lake Cadore, 55 minutes from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and for snow lovers, 17 minutes from the Auronzo ski area. Accommodation equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a stay with the family, groups of friends and for all those who wish to experience the Dolomites in authenticity.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

It is located at 1250 m in the mountains and the center of the village Colle is 1 km away. Here, where chickens cluck loudly mooing cows and children can enjoy the outdoors can be the true holiday relaxation.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
