This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. The cottage and companion pirate ship tree house are steps from the shore where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and leisurely beach walks. Loft bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, well equipped kitchen, wifi, large deck w/ hot tub, BBQ, bar. Fire pit and lawn at waters edge. On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occasional Orca.

The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

Cozy waterfront house with expansive views of Pickering Passage where you can sit at the deck and watch the wildlife. Relax on the large covered deck that overlooks the passage with gorgeous views of Hartstene Island and the bridge. Powerful heaters let you enjoy the deck even during the coldest and rainiest days. The home offers 120 feet of private beach! You will need to walk the stairs to get to the beach, we are on a medium to high bank.
