Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

Hidden from any streets & very quiet, less than 2 miles from Historic 25th street (restaurants/bars) & 30 minutes from past Olympic ski resort Snowbasin. 10 min walk to trailheads on the Bonneville shoreline trail for mountain biking/hiking/trail running. 25 min to Pineview reservoir paddleboarding/fishing/boating. This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).
