Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? Our BBQ and jungle garden area. After a day of exploring or swimming, our BBQ area in the jungle garden is the perfect place to unwind. Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.
