Our place is close to the Belleayre Ski Mountain, Belleayre Beach, many hiking trails, fishing spots and other family-friendly activities. Rooms kitchen door leads to a sprawling backyard with a grill to every room, picnic tables and a community Fire Pit for gathering and roasting marshmallows. We are located in a quiet spot, yet conveniently right off route 28.

One of our most in-demand rooms, this bright and airy Secret Garden suite located off the parlor on the ground floor, is equipped with two Queen memory foam beds, making it ideal for families or friends vacationing as a group. It offers a small library, a writing desk, a faux mantle, an original oil painting discovered in the Victorian home, and a private bath with tub and shower.

The Leeway - 1.5 Bedroom w/ Den

Our 1.5 Bedroom Suite is located in Building One and offers a spacious retreat for couples or small families. The private queen bedroom features premium Brooklinen and Bed Threads linens, while the cozy den includes a comfortable twin sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven.
