It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Colour TV, Wifi and shared private parking area. Very central for all the amenities of this pretty fishing village which are within within a few minutes walk.

Stay in this charming unique highland bothy nestled amidst idyllic woodland overlooking Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Inside the bothy there is an easy to light wood burning stove , a kitchen area with hot and cold water and gas burner for cooking and traditional style highland box beds with interior lighting. There is a long deep window seat where you can sit to watch birds feeding outside or to enjoy the lovely view. Tor Bothy is low impact sitting in 7 acres of re- wilded land.

The Byre is located in the farmhouse steading of Kirkton of Assynt, Inchnadamph, on the North Coast 500. Inchnadamph is renowned for its beauty, geology, wildlife, fishing, historical sites, walking and caving but is equally suited to those looking for a family holiday or quick break. Enjoy the peace and quiet with views of Conival, Quinag and Canisp at the head of Loch Assynt where the deer regularly graze a few feet away. Lochinver is 13 miles away and the nearest sandy beach 15 miles.

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Sleeps 2 only from the same household, or families allowed please message before booking.
