Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Charming Villa with Hot Tub - Greenscape Village

The place where you will forget the stressful days and enjoy the beautiful greenscape. "Greenscape" is located in a beautiful quiet village, its the perfect place for you to relax and have an amaizing time with your loved ones. Everything you see is homemade, the wood decorations, the small little details. The land is big and its all for you. Its filled with olive trees, downstairs there are fresh vegetables, and some beautiful chickens that you can feed and play with, if you like.

This recently renovated 4-bedroom house is a secluded gem nestled on the shores of the Lake of Shkoder. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated kids room, ensuring a comfortable stay for all. Immerse yourself in the shared garden, adorned with ancient olive trees, and enjoy the company of a neighboring twin house. Dive into the vintage-style pool and bask in the tranquility. Apartment "Sunset" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. River house Star is a brand new house and you will honor this year to become its first guests. You will enjoy the full comfort of the interior and the comfort of the terrace on the river Bojana. There are two bedrooms, a living room with corner bed for two, inside 50 square meters of space, 80 square meters terace. Location: right bank, upstream from the bridge, turns up at the restaurant, located just 200 meters from the restaurant and the road.

This one bedroom apartment is located in the very center of the city of Bar. It is newly refurbished and located in one of the oldest buildings in Bar. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed.
