The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
