The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The apartment is quiet and with mountain views. Was renovated in 2018. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (the house has 3 apartments). It has 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom, 1 x living room (bedroom) and a nice storage room (height 190 cm) with 2 cots. There are two parking spaces to the apartment. It is located 200 meters from Kurpark Schwangau. In the village there are food markets and restaurants. The Royal Therme is about 600 meters away. The Forggensee is not 2 km away.
