West Point Lake LaGrange5/3 &21/2 waterfront &pool

lakefront 11 acres with 2 acres fenced 5B (3full 2 half B) POOL ,dock ,pond ,TENNIS (tennis lights are not working) this is a nice family neighbourhood .my permit restricts parties , loud music after 10pm & street parking. I have 2 huge circle drives for parking. It's a nice relaxing lakefront property to enjoy w/ friends & family. Corp of engineers controls lake level check with them. I'm a small cove it can dry dock off season.I'm 1 mile to Highland Marina &FABULOUS CAPTAIN restaurant WELCOME!

The house is a humble sweet space to relax. Use the outdoor kitchen under the pavilion while you enjoy a fire in the pit. Enjoy the downstairs bar play a game of pool, darts or just hang out. Plenty of room for families to visit & enjoy their time together. It is our little piece of heaven that we enjoy with our family.

The "Ponderosa" is a perfect place. It is on 5 acres and you can park your boat with a huge turnaround. It is only 5 miles from West Point Lake and near the Kia plant. It is great for those that want to be close to the lake for Tournaments and boating. It is also good for people working in the area. It is also only 30 minutes away from Auburn, AL for Football season
