It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. Egen inngang. Varmekabler i oppholdsrom. Parkering er mulig. Matbutikk og busstopp 2 min gange unna. 20 min gange til sentrum, og 15 min gange til marka. Fjellheisen er nesten nærmeste nabo. Boligen ligger sentral i Tromsdalen.

(attached photos) What makes it even better is the central location of the house. Near by you can find the city center, the famous church and cable car, in addition to restaurants and shopping mall.
