It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam.
