Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

It’s an ideal base for people working in the Merseyside area or visiting Liverpool. The village of Woolton is within easy walking distance and has numerous restaurants, bars, and a Sainsbury's supermarket. The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.

My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests!
