This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

Restaurantes, tiendas, estación Darwin y muelle principal están a solo unos minutos a pie. El apartamento está equipado con wifi, cocina grande con refrigerador, estufa de inducción, microonda y una gran área común. Es bueno para parejas, familias o grupos pequeños. Hay dos habitaciones con A/C y sofás cama para que un grupo familiar pueda acomodarse fácilmente.
