The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Downstairs there is a comfy lounge with log burner and patio doors to a private patio area. A kitchen/diner with full-size cooker, microwave and fridge. Good size downstairs bathroom. Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. The Nook of the Bay is a charming GradeII listed apartment, centrally located just a 10-15 minute stroll up the hill from Torquay’s bustling harbourside, Marina and High Street. The Nook is a historic retreat for those looking for a getaway on the beautiful English Riviera! Once the local Apothecary, the small but perfectly formed space is built with local limestone (making it cool in summer and cosy in winter) and the character shines throughout, offering comfort and style on your holiday!

The apartment comes with king-size bed, quality linen and deep pile towels. The high-spec kitchen is fully-equipped with built-in oven and microwave and has a dishwasher to take the load off your break. The living room features smart TV (Netflix included). The sofa converts to a good-sized double bed for second couple/children.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Seaside Retreat *with private outdoor sun deck*

Located on a hill, with only a 7 minute walk to the waterfront, this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is the perfect get away for couples, with ample space for a travel cot. As well as a designated parking space in this gated property, the apartment boasts a private entrance, which leads directly out to the decked area, a great place to watch the sun set through the trees each evening. There are two bathrooms for convenience, and a well equipped kitchen to accommodate you.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
