With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

House Demetra in central Istria with 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool consists of two residential units and is rented out exclusively as a whole. Guests have access to their own garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, garden furniture and bathroom, swings, table tennis and several parking spaces.
