Nature lovers will delight in Oceanside's unique coastal features. During low tide, explore fascinating tide pools hidden around the rocky outcropping. Year-round, enjoy the mesmerizing sight of waves crashing against the majestic Three Arch Rocks. Amenities include three Level 2 EV charging stations (two Tesla-specific and one J1772 universal connector) and complimentary shared laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable extended stay. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.
