Our exclusive Mai'i Villa - 1 is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom self contained villa, with breath-taking views of the little islands, infamous Muri lagoon and morning sunrises at your doorstep. We provide most of the amenities to make your holiday more relaxing, all kitchen, laundry facililties available. Our pool is just a few steps from your villa. We are located on the hills of Muri and it only takes about 5mins-7mins to get to central Muri and the beaches, cafes and so on. Come, your villa awaits.

Very quite cul-de-sac residential area which backs on to native tropical forest with lots of native bird life. Wild mango trees run down a small stream on the south side of the property, which you are most welcome to pick and eat when they are in season, we have bananas, lemons, breadfruit, soursop just to name a few on the property which we are happy to share

Matutu Beach house - 100m from beach

Across the road from the beach and filled with local art this home is funky, peaceful and welcoming. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and up a gorgeous spiral staircase. During COVID we renovated the old Matutu Brewing factory into this gorgeous light filled home. High ceilings, strategically placed fans and airflow mean the house is always lovely and cool. Fully functional kitchen should you want to prep meals. This home is not suitable for children.

Welcome to the outdoors beach chairs/mats and snorkel gear available Located on the western edge of Muri Beach. Bars, cafes and restaurants are only a short, leisurely walk away. You can swim out to the Motu's (small islands) or hire kayaks & SUP boards from Captain Tama's. Enjoy!

We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.
