The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Bring your UTV and go four-wheeling on the many near by ATV trails! Kayaks and paddle boards included with stay!

NO SERVICE FEES! This Scandinavian-inspired cabin is nestled in a 40-year-old Red Pine Tree Plantation. Built by 2 best friends, it is constructed almost entirely by local lumber. The cabin sits across the street from the gently flowing Pine River. Sweat away your adventures in the sauna, relax by the fire pit, or float the river. If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Main level consists of living room overlooking the lake, kitchen and dining area. Top floor is the master bedroom and bath. It has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen has the typical appliances: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.
