The property is inside a gated estate with only 2 bungalows, a yoga space, and free on-site parking. A 15-minute path leads you down to the beach, and just above it you’ll find the famous Kiki’s Tavern—loved for its traditional Greek food and authentic charm. The house is located in a residential complex within the cedar forest of Pirgaki, 20km from the port, on the south side of Naxos. It is a very quiet place with a unique view of the sandy beach, which is 100 meters away. The transportation is regular, there is a mini market in 1,5km as well as picturesque taverns at 100m and 300m.
