Im a vegetarian so thankfully nashville has lots of that to offer! Sun Flower cafe is a bit pricey but they make some excellent food all fresh daily.

I love this place!!! GIANT VEGAN MEATBALLS! Also its connected to my favorite bar, Mickeys Tavern, and its stays open until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, so that's really convenient!

Its a magical place. This is the central park of Nashville. Always something cool going on here - free concerts, art fairs, etc. Check out the full size replica of the Greek Parthenon!

This is my favorite bar in East Nash. It's also the closest to the house that's worth going to. No karaoke, no trivia, no bullshit, just a cool little bar with a nice back deck.

Super duper cool bar on the corner of 1st and Broadway. You can go here after you get all the honkey tonkin out of your system and get down with some of Nashville's badass local bands! 3 levels of fun!

Lots of beer here. Really good food too! There also a ton of other bars and restaurants all up and down 12th Ave South so roam on around there! This just where I like to go in that area!

Its a game bar! There's at least 3 of these in town that I can think of but I like this one. It's on the Demonbruen strip which is nothing but bars so go have fun kids :)

Parks & Nature
This is an awesome greenway that you can take all the way out to Percy Priest lake, I believe its about 17 miles but I'm not going to fact check that haha. Theres a lot of cool nature trails off this greenway as well, and its connected to Shelby Park which is HUGE and has a cool pond and some baseball fields.
